Logistics for School Districts

Set-Up Time: 9:00 AM (Coffee and Continental Breakfast Available)

Scheduling: 10:00 AM – 11:00 AM. Be sure to leave at least 30 minutes open for lunch.

Interviews: 11:00 AM – 4:00 PM. Interviewers schedule own 30 minute lunch.

Lunch: 12:00 - 1:30 PM

Interviewers: Schools may bring up to 4 interviewers.

Hospitality: Eagle County Schools provide a hospitality room all day for breakfast and lunch.

Resources: Please bring information to place at a resource table regarding housing, transportation, relocation info or whatever else you feel is appropriate for your area of Colorado. Eagle County Schools will staff this table and direct candidates to take this information about your communities.

Advertising: As soon as you register, we will send in a request to have your district listed as a participating organization and will include your district’s website on this site.
